My Break Up Story and Dealing With Friends & Family
Often times moving on after a break up is difficult. Unless you were in a bad situation it’s usually hard for both parties. Break ups will disrupt your life and turn it upside down if you let it. Whether you are driving in the car, talking with your friends and family, or listening to the radio everything seems to remind you of your ex girlfriend. Just thinking about going out on the town with your friends can be hard because you’re worried about running into her somewhere, or you may see her with another guy.
Speaking from experience one of your biggest challenges is dealing with family and friends and all their questions. Especially if she was popular. The questions are never ending. After I broke up with my ex girlfriend of 7 years My mother was very upset. I heard questions and comments for months. My mother wouldn’t even take down our picture for the longest time after we broke up. I made a big time mistake by not trying to get her back. That is the #1 reason I made this review site for you. So you don’t end up like I have. Keep reading….
It might be tuff for your family to deal with, And it may appear they still have hopes of you getting back together with her. This is the way it was for me for months and months after our breakup. It has now been over 15 years since we broke up. Honestly to this day even though she is married with 3 kids, I wish I would have tried to get her back. Is that kind of sad still thinking about a lost love?
If you read the home page on this website I mentioned that everyones situation is unique. Mine from yours and vis versa. But I tell you if I had to do it over again I would have loved to been able to have a little guidance on what to do to get her back. To this day 15 years later I still have not dated anyone that can measure up to her, and when I do date a new girl I usually compare the girls I date to her. So that’s why I tell you if you need help or advice you should take it from reputable sources.
If you do decide to try and get your girlfriend back, and don’t go about it the right way you might lose her forever. Look at me, im over 40 years old now, not married, not even really pursuing anyone either. My mother thinks I’ll never get married, and if I do and have kids, I’m going to be an older dad. I accept that, and take full responsibility for my actions but you can do something about this right now.
If I were you I would try Matt Huston’s ebook. I wrote a full review of this book along with 2 others on the main page of this website. You need all the ammunition you can can get. Girls are very difficult to win over after you lost them trust me on that. Don’t end up like I have losing the love of your life!

If Love Still Exists How To Win Back Your Girlfriend
Do you want to know how to win your girlfriend back? Did you have a close loving relationship with your ex girlfriend or so you thought and she dumped you? You put a lot into this relationship and invested a ton of time with her. Maybe your not ready to just throw it all away and give up. Here is what you can do to give yourself the best chance of getting your girlfriend back.
First thing. Lets take a look at how you are feeling right now. You still care a lot about her right? Often this firey passions ends up just being something that is comfortable. Don’t lose her because the relationship was sort of like wearing an old sock. Understand that being comfortable is not going to make a great relationship either. There needs to be genuine love and be mutual. If you still have these feeling for your ex girlfriend lets move on to step 2.
The next step is considering how she may still feel about you. Do you think she has this same kind of love for you as you do for her? If you had problems with communicating with each other, spending time with each other, any awareness then you have a good chance of learning how to win back your girlfriend. These are all things you can work on. But if it goes much deeper than that where she is no longer in love with you then your task is going to be much harder.
When you have all this figured out you can start to figure out ways of getting back together with her. Go back to the time when you first met your girlfriend and what made her fall for you. What was it about you that attracted her to you? If you were paying attention you know exactly what the answer to this question is.
But once you are in a relationship and you are spending time with her you begin to neglect your friends and start to change in little subtle ways. She takes up more of your time and demands more time spent with her.
Get back to the guy she fell in love with. That is what is going to win her back.
Something else you might want to consider is practicing detachment from her. How do you do this you ask? Don’t call her. Don’t text her. Don’t stalk her either. Do not appear desperate! That is the worst thing you can do to get back together with your ex girlfriend. If you agree with the break up and accept it you will become more desirable to her.
While doing this you also focus on you and what really makes you happy. Reconnect with your friends that you haven’t hung out with for a long time. Try and learn new things that interest you and go for it. You want to become a more positive person. All of these things will help you win your ex back.
When you do get together with your ex from time to time, use the past to your advantage. If there were a particular pair of jeans and shirt she liked you in then wear it. If you are dining out in a restaurant you used to eat at mention you were there having a good time again. Use your common sense to win her back you have a lot of history with her.
Every once in a while invite her to something that isn’t formal or requires a commitment from her. Invite her out to a party with friends. Finally, if you want to get your ex girlfriend back, be yourself. Either she is still in love with you or she isn’t. All you can do is be yourself.
Things You Can Learn From Women Who Dumped You
Okay admit it you probably have been dumped or politely let you go by a girl you used to date. For me more than once. A lot more than id like to admit and I’m sure a lot more than you would like to admit as well. While it stings every time it happened I must say I have grown a lot from all these experiences. So the following is a list of things I have learned from the women who dumped me.
Things I’ve Learned #1: It takes both of you.
When things go wrong with a relationship often the first thing we do is blame her first. But I needed to realize that since it was no longer working, I was part of the problem. Figure out and evaluate what went wrong so you can take that knowledge and apply to the next girl you date.
Things I’ve Learned #2: Give women their personal space.
Girls love to be loved and that involves cuddling and snuggling. Although it may seem like she is always around she still needs her space as well. Being a man we tend to be a little possessive. We like to be in control and keep tabs on where she is and who she’s talking to etc. And if you have ever been cheated on this tendency becomes even stronger. When you intrude on her personal space, you are basically telling her you don’t trust her, which can very easily lead to an end of a relationship.
Things I’ve Learned #3: You grow stronger over time.
Each morning as you wake up and the pain seems like its too much to deal with, you may talk yourself into you never getting over the breakup. But reality is that time will heal all pain and will emerge a much stronger person than what you started with.
Things I’ve Learned #4: If it wasn’t meant to be it is ok.
Realizing the relationship was not meant to be is one of the key factors in your healing. If you had started making serious plans in your mind about marriage and kids and she broke up with you, consider it a blessing because dealing with breaking up after all those plans would have made it 10 times more difficult.
Things I’ve Learned #5: Positive things will not happen unless you make them
Finally, the last lesson I want to share with you is that you can’t control what happened, but you can control to how you react to what happened. You want good things to happen in the near future right? So make this happen!
What does that mean? Get back on the horse again and get out there and meet new girls. Have some fun. Eventually, you will find another relationship. And, if you have followed what I have discussed and what I have learned, your relationship will be even better and stronger than the last one.
